I've had a passion for all things real estate for many years. I remember helping my uncle on some remodeling projects as a teenager. From there it grew to me having multiple rental properties before and during the crash. I can still recall the rush (because I was afraid to do it but doing it anyway) of door knocking looking for an opportunity. As I've gotten older, I realize people are just as important as property. When the crash happened I saw the people that were impacted not just the opportunities to increase my portfolio of properties and decided I needed to do something.
This is one of the main reasons I became a realtor. I wanted to help people be better positioned when it came to real estate.
